1、 Features and main uses:

TR AM103 is a vinyl unsaturated polyester resin (modified) that has been dissolved in styrene. Made by adding white carbon black, dispersant, defoamer, metal cobalt, etc. through high-speed dispersion and deep processing, it has low viscosity, high thixotropy, no flow in the vertical plane, and excellent mechanical properties. Fiberglass products suitable for spray forming processes. Especially suitable for occasions with high mechanical strength, electrical insulation, and high temperature resistance to chemical corrosion. Such as electrical engineering, ships, chemical equipment, anti-corrosion facilities, etc.

Note: In a 25 ℃ water bath, add 2 ml of methyl ethyl ketone peroxide to 100g of resin

3、 Physical properties of the casting body (for reference only):

Note: 

(1) The casting method shall be executed according to GB/T8237-2005; Temperature 25 ℃, curing system: accelerator RCA 1.0%, curing agent M-50 1.5%.

(2) Post casting curing treatment: room temperature × 24 hours+60 ℃ × 3 hours+80 ℃ × 2 hours;

4、 Precautions:

1. Before use, please stir evenly in the packaging bucket, or pour out all the resin in the packaging bucket and stir evenly before use.

2. During transportation, it should comply with Chapter 5 of the State Council's "Regulations on the Safety Management of Chemical Dangerous Goods" regarding the transportation and loading and unloading of chemical dangerous goods. The product should be stored in a cool place below 25 ℃, avoiding ignition and isolating heat sources. The shelf life for storage below 25 ℃ is 3 months.
